Ilse Scarborough over delivered on our beautiful new kitchen, we could not be more pleased. Ilse listened to everything we needed and came up with exceptional solutions, not only is this kitchen everything we dreamed of but we were told step by step throughout the whole process what to expect and what would be done next as well as keeping the time-line. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
