"We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. However I missed pointing out a spot that had missing grout and they apparently did not see it either because it was not repaired. I wished they would have seen it and fixed it.
