When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. That said, I bit my tongue, gave the info. The team arrived punctually, set up a very very protective and clean environment in which to work, and proceeded with no delay to begin. It seemed to me that the work was efficient and thorough. I am still waiting for the photos of what they found, as the woman with the male crew offered to send that to me, after she asked me not to stay in the room due to fumes from their (reportedly non toxic) cleaners.
