"When I called the company, the phone was answered by a nice lady who asked what we needed done and then scheduled the appointment. She also went over their rates, so there would be no surprises. I was able to get an appointment within 3 working days. Brady, the technician arrived 10 minutes early. I showed him everything that needed to be done. The biggest issue was figuring out a way to get power to the top of an awning post so that we could have retractable drop-down shades installed. We are in a new manufactured home, which meant Brady had to do most of the work under the house. I was concerned because he is several inches taller than my 6'3" husband. But Brady didn't flinch. He got right to work, making needed changes to the breaker and bringing in the lines we needed. Given the amount of work that needed to be done, I wouldn't have been surprised if he had to come back a second day. But he was able to finish everything in 6 hours. "B&C Electric did a great job. Robert Burns came to my house after another electrician from another company installed a Tesla charger. For the next 4 weeks we had trouble with different areas of our house losing power. I called this initial electrician back to fix the problem. He came and did some work but the power outages continued. That's when I said enough is enough and called Robert at B&C electric. He came and did a thorough evaluation of my sub panel. He found that the breaker switch installed by the other company was not only cheap but not wired correctly. Robert installed a new breaker switch and I have not had any trouble since.
