"When I called the company, the phone was answered by a nice lady who asked what we needed done and then scheduled the appointment. She also went over their rates, so there would be no surprises. I was able to get an appointment within 3 working days. Brady, the technician arrived 10 minutes early. I showed him everything that needed to be done. The biggest issue was figuring out a way to get power to the top of an awning post so that we could have retractable drop-down shades installed. We are in a new manufactured home, which meant Brady had to do most of the work under the house. I was concerned because he is several inches taller than my 6'3" husband. But Brady didn't flinch.
