Using digital tools, he provided a written estimate on the spot that I accepted. On the day scheduled for the job, Jacob and his team arrived on time. They walked through the property verifying the work that would be completed. The crew members were always focused on the job and were extremely conscientious. They took great care to protect the property with plastic sheets in all areas where they were working. An unforeseen problem was discovered during the job (some live wires that were disconnected and not capped off). The unsafe situation was resolved without any extra cost. The entire job was completed professionally and thoroughly and nothing was left undone. As I had questions during the job, they were addressed immediately. The crew members communicated with each other (even using their cell phones when one was in the attic or it was difficult to hear one another) throughout the job making sure they were working together to complete all requested tasks.
