The service provided was excellent, professional, courteous, and non pushy.  I tried to present myself as knowledgeable about what the situation was, reading up on common a/c problems and solutions.  But very soon learned I did not know half of what I was talking about.  I was impressed with Pedro's knowledge and ability to explain in concise, logical, and specific manner what was wrong with my system as he inspected  both inside and outside.  Perhaps I was just gaining the knowledge he was imparting to his younger partner.  He even restarted my a/c compressor which had frozen up so that it would work to some degree in cooling the home.  He gave me about 6 different estimates based on  the amount of work I would want him to do, from a simple repair of a couple of capacitors to a complete new system.  The repair estimates ran between $500 and $1000, and the system estimate ran between $11,000 to $18,000.  After contemplating that the fixes would only buy me a year or two more use of the system (other things were rusting out or deteriorating) I decided to go with a new system.  I am now looking at what seems to be a plethora of systems that all seem to have 50% or more reviewers deploring their selection, so it looks like you take your chances and pray for blessings.  It does look like that a common problem is finding a good professional vendor to do the installation.  Since I intend to get an extended 10 year warranty covering labor and parts, I want someone who has a good reputation and a history of existence.  I would trust Pedro with my installation but I am not as sure about the company he works for.  I will check BBB also and search the web for input on the company.  Also in the end, Pedro did not even charge me the inspection fee.  I offered to pay him the fee anyway for the education he gave me but he insisted that he did not want to be paid.   That impressed me.  Even though I did not really get to know the company well from this short visit, I decided to rate them 5 stars to get them out of the F category and
