Customers say: True professional

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again. "

"We're very pleased with Coughlin Windows and would highly recommend them for window replacements. The process was seamless start to finish. Jared provided a thorough estimate and Gerald provided additional insights & advice when completing the final measurements for the order. The windows & installation team (Casey, Jason & Pascal) showed up as promised and they did a great job overall! Thank you!"

"I shopped around and did a lot of research on what I wanted before I called So Cal Windows. Since I had a really good idea of what I wanted when I called, the whole process was painless. Maybe, because I knew pretty much what I wanted, they really didn't sell me on all the potential options. So I called, gave Ryan my rough measurements and he sent me an estimate a few hours later. The amount was about 30% for the exact same product from one of the big box stores. (I later found out, they are a sub for this same store). Because their price was very competitive and I heard good things about them, I moved forward. It was about a 4 week backlog. Then they installed the windows in one day. 6 windows one patio door. I have to say his crew was super efficient. There was an error on one of the windows and a call to Ryan and we came to a reasonable solution. After install, the only thing I could find wrong was about a 1" square of broken stucco. Overall, I was very happy with everything."
