"We contacted no less than 6 contractors for our project and interviewed 5. Many of them would only do part of the project or failed to even complete the estimate process. Danny at DR construction stood out for his honesty and timeliness. I even cold called two previous clients and both had high praise for his work. His estimate was fair and in the end the work was great. Contracts were utilized and all changes were tracked. Disbursement schedules were set which gave us piece of mind and it worked out great for us that he offered financing. Danny’s pride in his work was evident through out as the few concerns we had were already on his radar before we told him and he was very hesitant to let anything that was not high quality go unchecked. The master bath was essentially gutted to the studs and shower had to be reframed due to poor initial builder construction resulting in some rot. This project involved new floor tile, new bath, new cabinets, new glass shower enclosure, quartz countertops, painting and custom barndoor install. Danny was responsive and handled all subcontractors. He was flexible with schedule when we needed it and we always felt comfortable with the workers. We were grateful for the assistance and honesty with design choices by Danny’s partner and wife Marie. In the end we are very satisfied and confident Danny will still help us even though the job is complete. When we are ready for our kitchen remodel we will call DR Construction again. "Ray has over 18 years experience in home painting/repair. I called him for an estimate after he was referred to me by a friend. He told me he would come the next day but would phone first, and he called promptly at 9 a.m. to arrange a time for that afternoon. I was having some flooding issues as well, and he helped determine the necessary work to be done and referred me to a concrete person to do the work. The price was fair and the work was completed in 2 days. Ray gave me an estimate to paint my house with 2 coats of elastomeric paint, as well as filling the cracks and caulking where needed. He gave me start date and called the night before to confirm. He and two employees showed up early that morning and completed the work in 6 days. Ray paid attention to every detail, and didn't settle for "good enough". This is such a rare but welcome quality. His employees were efficient, clean, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Ray for any home repair or improvement. If he can't do it he will recommend someone who can."

"House painting. Spring is in the air and painters everywhere. My house was in need of painting so I contacted 3 painting services for an estimate. The estimates I received ranged from 9-12k. I felt that these estimates were on the high side so I decided to contact my neighbor who previously had his house painted and he referred me to L&M Quality Painting. I contacted the owner of L&M Mr Saul Miranda and he and his partner arrived the following day and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and he assured me that I would be satisfied with the quality of the work. Saul and Amado Lopez didn’t disappoint me, their attention to detail was spot on. They didn’t rush and worked in unison applying two coats of paint, they even painted my balcony railing for free. Upon their completion they asked me to give the job a final inspection and if there’s anything I didn’t like or any imperfections I noticed that they would fix it before receiving the final payment. After the house was completed These guys cleaned my entire yard even pressure washing my front porch and sidewalk. I am very meticulous and can’t say enough about these guys and the quality of their work. If your in need of painters inside or out I’d highly recommend you hire them. He assisted in selected the main and accent colors, advised me on what type of paint would hold up best, focused on the details such as painting the scuppers and cleaning up and painting the outside lights, and many other things. He and his crew were at the house when they said they would be there, and he kept his promises throughout the entire process. He did a great job for a fair price.
