I've had work done in the past and I was very disappointed in the contractor,  the workers and the finished work.   Mr. Murray was at our job site daily inspecting his employees work, they showed up on time every work day. The clean up after the construction was exceptional with no debris left. Also they cleaned up at the end of every work day.  The windows are amazing so quiet in my house now not to mention warmer and cooler very energy efficient. Bathroom and kitchen work was also amazing I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Love my Windows, Kitchen, and bathroom. <br />"

After two week the called me and told me the door was complete and wanted to know if they could come by and instal it . They were there that afternoon. "Our original plans were different from the final design. Paul Korody evaluated our plans and suggested changes due to the expense of what we originally asked for. We took his suggestions and ended up with a quote about half of what our original plan would have cost. Paul was professional and so were his crew. They showed up on a Monday morning and finished by Friday, completely to our satisfaction. Docked one notch for missing our first consultation appointment and not calling back by the next day. We almost passed them up because of this. All other criteria we were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using them again. I did not rate them on price because we are unfamiliar with the landscaping business and other landscaping companies we contacted were unable to quote us right away due to their workload. The pricing did come in under what we had budgeted, so we were satisfied."

"We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will."

"The job was completed in a timely manner, he was always professional and courteous, materials were removed and clean up was satisfactory. There are areas on the hallway walls where texture was not smoothed out and the paint job was poor in certain areas of our home. Overall we were satisfied yet we wouldn't use this company again. "Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. They will be doing my full kitchen and bathroom remodel in the near future. <br />"
