Luis worked diligently to completely remove the old concrete and get the new posts and gate installed. It was a very difficult repair. "The guys from TV Systems showed up exactly on time, and hung the wall mount (we provided) as contracted. But, they went out of their way to help my husband with learning about our new Smart TV. We were having trouble receiving Netflix ( a must at our house after having Roku for several years!), and tried to help with that. Finally the techs asked if the password had ever been changed, and a lightbulb went off for Hubby. Yes - the Comcast guy had changed it - thanks for nothing Comcast!- and he can't find the slip of paper where the new password was wrtten.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks.
