"Extremely polite and thorough. I did not expect the electrician to spend the amount of time he did to determine the source of my problem. Anthony continued searching through my house and discovered several issues (most of which I inflicted from my self-repairs). Once the true cause and minor issues were fixed, every outlet and light came on (some of which have probably not worked in years). The total price was much less than I expected to pay. I requested and received a quote for additional work which I hope to have performed soon."

"Knew what they were doing, checked both areas; repaired one and replaced the other."

"Brian was a pleasure to do business with. Customer service was top notch. Quality repairs for a fair price."

"We called Lock & Alert, they came and gave us an estimate. We accepted, they came to do the repairs, cleaned up and we were completely satisfied."
