"Wow! Best contractor experience ever! My project was complicated, and I'm so thankful that I selected NC Marble and Stone Pavers. We replaced 3200 square feet of concrete with pavers around our pool. There was re-grading, new steps, and a heavy jacuzzi that needed to be moved. To make matters worse we were remodeling the swimming pool at the same time with a different contractor, so there were scheduling challenges. I was working from home so I was always going out to check on things, point out minor corrections, and ask their english-speaking crew member lots of naive questions. I made mid-project changes and special requests. Some things were damaged during demolition and I asked for them to be fixed. None of this was any problem for Alex, the owner of NC Pavers, or Eric, his sales manager, and their hard-working crew. They aim to please their customer and were happy to oblige every request I made, even AFTER the final project was done and paid for. Furthermore, Alex and Eric were easy to reach. They answered their phones and texts every time I called. And even though it was a 50-mile drive for Alex, he made a site visit on most of the job days to make sure things were going smoothly. At one point in the project there was a major complication because the pool contractor mounted his coping at the wrong height so it didn't match the paver steps. When the pool guy refused to own his mistake, Alex made things right by offering to fix the pool coping at cost. I would say that NC Marble and Stone pavers is a top notch company in both quality and customer service. And their price was the most competitive as well! Alejandro and Ignacio built a new backyard redwood fence with triple lattice, a beautiful modern Melville retaining wall with irrigation, slate finish patio, modern concrete slabs in the backyard with drainage and irrigation, front yard landscaping, front yard fence, expanded concrete in our driveway, added modern gravel to the front and backyard, as well as, fresh black mulch. After submitting our project to Angi's list, they reached out to us within the day and provided a quote within the week. They were patient and flexible with us with all of our questions and would come out to visit our project site several times as we made changes to increase the scope of the project before we finalized the plan. The project took about a month and they stayed on track with the schedule. Alejandro and Ignacio understood our vision, gave great ideas to add to the plan, and were helpful in calling out any trade-offs. They were onsite daily, easy to each and very open to questions, and providing recommendations."

"Professional, reliable company. I had pavers, turf and a drip system installed in my front and back yard. They were great with adjusting the design and then quick with installation. The project manager moved away during my project but his replacement stepped right in easily and got the job done! I had to call once for a repair and had a quick, courteous response. "Veronica & Oscar from V & M Landscaping just completed a complete revamp of our front and back yard. The project included removing all existing landscaping, laying new pavers for a patio & walkway, building a pavilion from a kit we had purchased, installing yard and walkway lights, new irrigation, installing some artificial turf and planting all new plants. V&M did a fantastic job. Oscar & his team were here everyday at 8:00 a.m. and had everything cleaned up at 4:00 p.m. Veronica was available to quickly answer all questions I had. "I hired Designed Pavers for a 17,000 sq ft project in my backyard in downtown Los Gatos. Three men worked for about four weeks. The manager, Oladia, communicated clearly throughout and was very responsive to my questions. After 6 months and a lot of rain, it looks great - no settling or other issues. Everyone buys the pavers from the same large distributor, so the key differentiator is workmanship - prepping the base and all the trim work along the edges. It looks great. I can recommend them without reservations."

He also did an interlocking paver patio. He was fast efficient and his estimate was well on point compared to others who are charging outrageous prices.
