"James and his team met all my expectations for a number of repairs that were needed in my 36 year old condo. These repairs included repairing a wall that had been opened to fix water lines in a neighboring unit, replacing carpet pad, matching and replacing baseboard that was taken during remediation, painting, and resetting the carpet.
