"The whole process felt easy and a breeze. Two people showed up the day of and briefly went over the package I bought before doing the cleaning. They almost felt a little too nice haha, they asked for permission to unplug certain chords, move fragile things, etc. I was surprised with how detailed the cleaning was though, given that it was the basic package.
