"Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job."

They almost felt a little too nice haha, they asked for permission to unplug certain chords, move fragile things, etc. I was surprised with how detailed the cleaning was though, given that it was the basic package.
