I told my friends that I don't think the house was this clean after it was built AH! - Sarah and Adrianna arrived on time, smiling and being so friendly to both our dogs. They immediately went into full-steam cleaning in the kitchen (wow, the oven! the fridge!), then the bathroom, bedrooms and living room. Nothing was missed. The vacuumed the carpets, dusted all our shelves, washed the windows, and returned every item to where it was (I'm very OCD!). We originally thought of a one-time housecleaning, but we now asked to move to a recurring monthly visit. 10 out of 10."

"This company requires you to confirm the appt you already booked within 24 hours but they won’t tell you confirming is required until 2 hours before they need the confirmation. They cancelled my appt and I have an event at my home tomorrow. I can’t believe a company would cancel last minute like this. We had a whole back and forth conversation and already confirmed the appt when we made it last week. I have a newborn baby and don’t have time to be checking my texts multiple times a day. They sent me a text yesterday morning letting me know that they require confirmation within 24 hours. This was 2 hours before the 24 hour mark. They basically set me up to fail with that one. Pretty much every business sends confirmation or reminder texts and emails but I’ve never had to confirm an appt I already scheduled."
