"I have been very pleased with them. No cold air or nothing was happening so they came out, found the problem and took care of it. I had two separate units being serviced and one was $184 and other was $47. They are very prompt with their service call and have always been pretty straight up with me. I had one company come in and that technician was kind of newer and would have done more knowledgeable if I would have found it more quicker but I kind of disputed the labor charge as I thought it was taking too much and it shouldn't have taken that long if he would have been more experienced. They also discounted one hour charge but I thought that were not fair and not willing to work with me. So I thought that B and H Refrigeration Co was more reputable honest company and I appreciated their promptness and how quickly they responded to my call. I have been using them for quite a while. I have used other companies but they are the ones that I have settled with that seem to do the fresh job for me."

"They came out and looked over the job and gave us an estimate. We shopped around and found out they were the ones we wanted to do the job so they came back to set a time schedule to start the job. The start date was March 23, 2016 but there was come confusion in the office and the job started March 29th instead. After old duct tubes were taken out they found a problem but it was solved at no extra cost to us and job was finished in two days. They had to come back a few weeks later and touch up a few areas but we are very happy to have used Quick Refrigeration Inc.."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
