I recommend very clearly stating everything at the time of bid, though, as we had to have a couple things changed on the day of - things I would have expected to be givens. For example, one bathroom vent had a light and was replaced with one without. Also, recessed lights were installed in a steeply sloped ceiling, but originally were not going to be the adjustable "eyeball" type to aim straight down. Both were addressed and Berryhill came back and added a can light in the bathroom, rather than replacing the new vent fan. Again, the quality was excellent."
