He continually asked me questions during the job about different options of completing the project to ensure it would be acceptable. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. Also John had initially said that it would take two visits to complete the job, he was able to work overtime and complete it in one day. I appreciated him doing so. Considering the time John spent on this project, the price was more than reasonable."
