"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"Andre is a gem of a find as it goes with contractors these days. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up, and is a great problem solver! I hired him for multiple jobs on our total remodel: extensive drywall repairs including ceiling, range fan hood installation, kitchen faucet and plumbing conversion for single sink to double, bathroom and full length closet slider new door installs, minor relocation of our range outlet and deck powerwashing. All these jobs were done very well and any bumps in the road were tackled with the kind of creativity you can only get from a deep base of knowledge and experience. One of his most admirable traits is his persistence; he just doesn't let a project get the best of him. He was always willing to share knowledge, which was invaluable for me as a first time "general contractor". We will most definitely be asking him over to our new house if we have the need!"

She helped us to define and then refine the vision were trying to create in our new kitchen. The Scope of work included removing the existing countertop and backsplash. From there they removed and replaced the cabinet doors. After an amazingly through prep process, they painted the cabinets better then new. They installed all new Quartz countertops, along with an incredible backsplash. To complete the project they installed the new appliances and under mount sink. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked long days to insure the project moved forward in a timely manner. Any issues that arose were dealt with in a professional and timely manner as well. I recommend Pdx Custom Woodwork very highly and will use them again on future projects."
