"I hired Eric Knight in October of 2024 to remove an old flagstone patio and replace it with a new deck. Work commenced November 4 with the demolition of the flagstone. To this day (January 17) the flagstone still sits in my backyard after many promises he would haul it off. I had already paid him to do so. The deck was done to my satisfaction although Eric farmed out the job to sub contractors. We agreed to have an underground drain for the downspouts to empty into my backyard. I wasn?t happy with the design he came up with, with huge PVC pipe above ground, which is quite an eyesore, not to mention it leaks on the deck, and the water doesn?t drain into the yard. He said the leaking was normal, and he would design something to cover it. I?m very disappointed with Industrial Lawn,LLC. Eric Knight can?t be trusted to complete a job, and he lies about when he will show up, So, if anyone is thinking about hiring him, heed my warning. The guy is a snake. "

"Jesse and Ivan are really great to work with and are very knowledgeable about what they do. We had drainage issues in our yard and they were able to help us out within our budget. They made sure we understood what they planned to do and why before they started, and the work they did was fantastic. They went really went above and beyond to help us out."

"They were the cheapest but not the best or fastest. I now have trenches left in my yard, some lines are barely buried 1" in the ground, and vaults not set flush that are 2" above grade. Gabriel didn't keep his schedule and showed up without notification multiple times even on the weekends. He would show up at 5 pm or later, work and hour and leave. He doesn't actually measure during planning, so what he originally quoted as a 9 zone sprinkler system ended up being 11 zones to cover my entire yard. He did add an additional zone at no additional cost, which was nice. If you want cheap, Gabriel is a good choice. If you want good or fast, I would go with someone else."

"Happy to be the first to leave a review. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Todd and his team were OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Not only does he have an amazing eye but he's a great human being!! Fair price and no-nonsense. I told Todd from the beginning he could have full creative control. We had some ideas that he turned into something we never could have imagined. INCREDIBLE!!! I added a "Before" photo of what the backyard had become after the weather and our dogs ruined a lush St. Augustine yard over the last couple of years. I would recommend Todd and the Heroes team to anyone looking for quality work from a respectful crew."

"Everything went great from a call from Chris and a very fast response to come out. He did he measurements and got back with a design plan. Once we agreed he started when he said and completed the project as said. Made a few small changes along the way and I understood there would be a change or order fee but it was worth it.
