"Technician arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.  Used shoe covers, and did what was expected.  We upgrade to a higher level of service while he was here, as the package we purchased did not include rodent prevention.  A few days after the initial treatment, we found more ants in other areas of the house.  We called, and the same technician returned the same day, and inspected and treated the new problem areas.  He educated us as to how their bait system works, and what to do/not do, and told us to call if there were any more problems.  We haven't had any issues since then.

"Technician Vega showed up in the allotted time frame, started with station 1 and went through all. I had called because a sprinkler head had been broken off by our lawn tractor. Found a deal on Angie's List to inspect entire system and went for it. In total, 4 heads were replaced. Vega tweaked over 50% of the heads on this 1 acre lot and addressed any specific problems I had with some. He did a fine job and I would call this company again. Cost of service reflects $55 inspection service and labor + $15 each for 4 sprinkler heads.

This was a big deal purchase. It is pretty good. We have had to call them a few times to have some things corrected, but overall the service is good. I had to pay a small amount of money extra because we had to pay an additional amount for some bushes we got and a few other items. It was not much beyond what we originally paid. The cost was very good compared to the other companies that we were trying to get here for the same service. To get an A rating from me they could have responded  to our phone calls a little bit sooner. They could have taken care of the items that we requested earlier. I think those were issues.
