"We had an exceptional experience end to end. We surveyed the market and had three different offers, of which System Pavers was the highest. Yet there was a distinctive professional advantage that echoed from day one of our discussion with them. Chris from System Pavers was very detailed about the process, provided full specs, reference addresses to visit as well as some really good consultation. On the other side, the cheaper contractors had by far less references and were not aware of some of the requirements (City permit, for example, was ignored as well as some specific installation materials), needless to say that none offered the 25 years warranty and peace of mind that comes with System Pavers. After thinking about it for a while (And given our experience with "Cheap" contractors that turn out to be very expensive on our previous remodel), we decided to pay more to get more, we clearly made the right choice! Installation was well coordinated, even though we asked to delay it the last minute due to a power shortage, System Pavers still over-delivered on the completion date, having our driveway and walkway ready within four days only. The construction team was very friendly and helpful and did their best to help us going through those few days without a drive way and walkway. Jeff, the project managers was highly involved and kept me in the picture all along even though I was traveling and hard to reach. All in all, I highly recommend System Pavers, you might pay more, yet it will definitely worth it!"

"Very happy with the work that Martin did - ver thorough and fast! The main project was a concrete wraparound for our patio that included flagstones. He understood immediately what we wanted, and had some good suggestions for how to lay it out. In addition to that work, we asked him to pour two concrete pads: one for our trash cans and one for a portable generator. He also poured a concrete ramp for our shed. The whole thing took 3 days, and the price was great. Highly recommend him!"

We had some long delayed projects around our home: replacing brown shingle siding on a large and tall west facing wall (with Hardy Board for reducing fire risk), replacing five windows and putting in a long drain the foot of our driveway which constantly has caused flooding in our garage. I worked with Ben from the outset and gradually came to an agreement on the scope of work and the price (which kept coming down as we negotiated). I was going out of town so the actual work was delayed by my request for over a month but as soon as I returned, Ben called and the work was scheduled. Throughout the process Ben communicated frequently and responded quickly to calls. All the subcontractors were excellent and the project proceeded quickly except when the weather interrupted the workers. "This company is fabulous!!!! He turned our beyond bad lawn into a showpiece!! The original yard was poorly designed and installed which killed the sod. They cleaned all that out, brought in new good soil and leveled it all out for proper layout and drainage. He had beautiful fresh sod delivered and they meticulously laid it out to make sure it was level and even. Afterwards he took his time explaining how to properly maintain/water from that point to at least a month out. Have to say, our yard is now a show piece!!! Highly recommend this company for any issues your lawn needs even installing sprinkler systems to designing and planting.
