When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. All it takes is once and we're good to go thereafter.)"

The kitchen floor, counters, stove, and sink were clean. This was a happy crew that had obviously teamed together many times. They worked hard. They were polite and easy to work with.
