"I recently hired Maid Service Today (3/29/2024) for a cleaning appointment, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite scheduling the appointment well in advance, the cleaner assigned to my property failed to communicate effectively and did not show up at the agreed-upon time. I attempted to reach out to the cleaner multiple times to inquire about their whereabouts, but received dishonest responses and excuses for their absence. This lack of professionalism and reliability was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The service provider then offered to schedule another cleaner on the next day. However the second cleaner also did NOT show up and never responded to any of our calls / texts. As a paying customer, I expect punctuality, honesty, and accountability from service providers, none of which were demonstrated by Maid Service Today. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I will be exploring alternative options for my cleaning needs in the future. It seems that Maid Service Today does not have any way of keeping a handle on their service providers and fail to deliver their promises, despite charging the booking deposit.
