Some things were missed so when she left I did let the company know they attempted to send her back to fix the issues missed but we had already left the house. Then they asked me how to fix the issue since they couldn?t send her back we ended up agreeing on her returning on another day. She came back and she did fix the issues we spoke about. If she couldn?t return they didn?t offer to take off any money. They kept professionalism but I would have preferred to not have to schedule another day for a return clean just because of the current situation (sick family member)."
