"From first contact, dealing with them was a good experience. The price, and product was satisfactory. We feel they went above and beyond in accommodating our requests when it came to removing security bars, allowing several days so I could paint them, and then reinstalling them when the new windows were installed. They even agreed to remove/reinstall non-window related security bars so I could paint them. The only reason we rated Professionalism as Good, is that there was a delay in getting a couple of the windows installed due to a delivery issue with the manufacturer. I learned as a first time homeowner that you get what you pay for as far as work being done to your home.  Shoddy workmanship, not showing up and make you wait all day without a courtesy phone call, etc.  Finding a good contractor in this town is a crap shoot.  JKK is not the cheapest but not the most expensive.  My track record with these gentlemen is why I never called anyone else to have construction work done when I needed something for my home.  Armando Hernandez and his workers are honest and will not give you the runaround."
