"After climbing on the roof during numerous rain storms to apply Henry's tar I knew it was time for a new roof. I contacted 6 different roofing companies for estimates. It was really surprising to see the differences in the bids and the professionalism of the men who came out to see the roof and to measure. I picked Jon and Above It All Roofing. Jon's a vet, very straight forward and provided a detailed bid and good follow up. A new roof is a big messy job but Above It All managed it well. Jon, was not just a sales guy, he was on site every day, cleaning up, getting material up on the roof and helping his crew. It was really comforting to know the person who bid the job was there everyday keeping it moving. We were very happy with the process and the final job. We went with Boral Cedarlite tile and the roof looks great and passed the 1st heavy rain test too. The city inspector was also impressed..he said it was an A+ job. "The crew worked fast to tear off and repair the damaged portions of our roof. They cleaned up the site every day and kept a clean work area during the day. For the amount of repairs needed to our roof, Caesar’s crew did a great job of beating the rain and installing a great new roof. Our repairs were substantial after the roof structure was exposed. Lesson learned, I would budget for at least 30% more than the job was bid once needed repairs are uncovered. It will be less of a shock when you find out what it will cost to do the needed repair work."

"Selected EZ Builder because of very high Angie's List ratings and good suggestions and options offered when he quated the job. Also, option to cover attic in plastic sheeting since the old wood shingle tear-off was a terrible mess. This was well worth the $350 charge. The tear off was a mess as anticipated, but the sub had a large crew and it was finished in one day. Materials arrived on day two. Two days of rain delayed completion, but once they started laying down the shingles, the job moved well to completion. The only other glitch happened when the wrong roof vents were delivered. The crew leader was easy to work with and communicated well. After the dust settled, I believe that I received a very good job at a competitive price. EZ Builder acted in a very professional manner."
