What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."
