"I had used Hoover's a few months ago for dryer vent cleaning. I called Mr. Hoover and asked for an estimate for cleaning my air ducts. He quoted me a price over the phone and we were able to schedule within a week. Anthony and Benny were great. They set up a cleaning area in our courtyard to clean and dry all the duct covers. They wore booties over their shoes in the house and protected all furniture and corners with towels wrapped around the hoses. When they were finished, they checked our furnace filters and changed those that needed it. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly."

It was on the 3rd floor, so probably not a huge risk, but I had asked about how quickly the carpet would dry if all doors/windows were closed, because the house was vacant.
