Armando’s vast knowledge and expertise in building pools is why we chose to go with his company, Diverse Scape Pools and Spas to build our pool. We met several times to go over details of our pool (we chose Pebble Tec finish) and any changes of anything before we submitted our plans to the city for permits (that’s needed).
