"I bought the services from G and G Indoor Air Services through a Groupon but was very happy to see that they were also on Angie's list and had such good reviews. They were very nice and easy to deal with. Making the appointment was easy and they arrived when they said they would. They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They showed me the before and after pictures of my vents (they were very dirty) and that they also had removed a lot of lint from my dryer vent. I dealt mostly with Gabriel one of the owners. He was very professional and easy to talk with. I told him that I was going to replace my air conditioner and asked me if he could help me in anyway since he has worked in the A/C industry before. He was very helpful in helping me think about what units would be best for my condo, what to look for in choosing a company to install it etc. I could tell that customer satisfaction was very important to them! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!
