"They did a great job on painting 5 stars on that. However, Randy said that he could install plank laminate flooring in our kitchen as well. So he did. We found out that he did not have tools to move the appliances and furniture around, so my husband took time off of work to help him move stuff (that was not a big deal) we got a dolly to help move the stove refrigerator ect. We tried to contact him to come back out to finish the floors because they are very uneven in our hallway. They also said they would lay the (floor connectors) for us and that was not finished. Some of the tiles are coming up in the hallway between our 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. We had explained this to Randy and he said he would come back out but never did come back to finish the flooring. The last message we received was in email from Randy stating In around 2 weeks we can make time to come out, we are too busy right now working in Fremont. We understand that. (That was on April 16th) I emailed Randy again on Thursday, May 23 at 2:55 PM Hello, what day would you like to come over? Thanks, Stephanie Jones-With still no response as of today. They still have not finished our flooring."

"Randy did an amazing job! Our basement was partially finished. We wanted the drop ceiling removed, walls studded and dry walled, create a full bathroom and closet. This space would become our master bedroom and ensuite. Time wasn't an issue for us but was completed in a satisfactory time frame. The area under reno was kept very clean each day, when we would come home to check out the progress. The master bedroom was framed (over the styrofoam insulation and existing drywall from the 60's) and the entire room got new drywall. Drop ceiling removed and drywall ceiling with can lights replaced it. New bathroom area was plumbed and created to our own design, including a water closet. All new trim throughout. New vinyl plank flooring installed in the bathroom, closet and laundry. Our new space looked amazing when complete and we couldn't be happier! We unfortunately had some water damage shortly after and Randy came back out to do some touch up work for us. We would definitely recommend!! Price was also extremely reasonable!"
