"After a dismal experience with another dryer vent cleaning company (Air Doctor) that left me with a still-clogged dyer vent, a hole in the ceiling of one of my bedrooms, and $149.00 out of my pocket, I contacted a person I trust at Airco to seek his help. He recommended I use Breathe Easy--it's the company Airco refers all vent cleaning jobs to. The Airco representative called Bill Reynolds, the Breathe Easy General Manager, explained my situation, and set up an appointment for them to come to my house on Feb 15th and clean my dryer vent. The Breathe Easy crew (David Maxwell and Ruben Lora) arrived precisely on time--and so did Bill Reynolds. Having the General Manager personally come out for my job immediately impressed me. Before I knew it, the crew had my dryer moved out the way, had the ladder up, and had started removing the vent cap (which was clogged with lint). The crew cleaned my dryer vent ducting from the top (roof) to the bottom, cleaned all the debris from the vent cap and replaced it, then repeated the vent cleaning process from the bottom (my laundry room) to the top. They hooked the dryer up, and packed up their equipment. Their precision and professionalism were outstanding--so much so that I immediately signed up for their Preferred Customer Agreement to have them come out every two years to clean the vent. As a bonus, they gave me a 10% discount as an Airco referral."

"Beck Mechanical sent out a Service Rep in early June to check my 35 year old A/C.  Compressor was shot!  We discussed installation of both a new A/C and the furnace since both were the same age and in the same utility closet.  Mr. Beck was very thorough and suggested that before we put in a new downdraft system, that he would like to run a camera into the duct work to make sure that it was solid and not rusty.  If we found the duct work to be in poor condition, then we would have to install an updraft system and put the unit in the attic and run ductwork into the ceilings of all the rooms, thus increasing the overall cost.  We found that the duct work was in very good condition, but he recommended that "Air Ducts Unlimited" do a thorough cleaning before they installed a new unit....Oh my,  please don't let anyone tell you that they can "CLEAN" your ductwork for a $69 Coupon Deal.   These guys worked over two and a half hours and I watched them do an amazing job of cleaning out all the dust and debris from my 14 registers.. They were amazing.   Okay, that's another review... Once the duct work was clean, Mr. Beck had his installers arrive promptly at my home around 8:30 am and they did not leave until 9:30 that night.  They were very clean, professional and very hard workers.  It was a very small utility closet for the install and took them a little more time than a normal garage installation.  They were meticulous in their work and very concientious about keeping the project neat and tidy.   I could not be more pleased with the whole installation process.  Not only did they do a great job with the installation.  Beck Mechanical also completed the Rebate Forms for me and brought them to me to complete my Account information and signature.  Also, kind of at the last minute, I request a programmable thermostat which they promptly acquired and installed.   <br /> If you have Heating or Air Service or installation needs, or just need to get an honest second opion, please contact Beck Mechanical!! <br />"

"I have had an annual plan with Air Assurance for two years for a reasonable cost ($150). Like clockwork, they call twice a year to set up an appointment to check and clean etc my central air and heating system. Their employees are always courteous and explain what they are going to do. Yesterday, Wyatt S. came and did my annual checkup. When he left he sent an email with a comprehensive checklist of what was done and pictures of the key elements of my system in case we need to compare the unit at some point in the future. Two years ago I had Air Assurance fix a plumbing problem. Based on my satisfaction with the plumber's willingness to carefully brainstorm about the problem and a long term solution, I signed up for annual service. Needless, to say I am very satisfied with Air Assurance. Timely service, fair pricing, courteous service persons. What more could you ask for? Thanks"
