In addition, the cracks they ?repaired? have already reappeared?less than six months later?and the larger ones need to be fixed again. I chose this company partly because they offered a warranty and I do have a three year one but it has proven to be worthless and they have not returned to address any of these issues, no matter how many times I?ve reached out and with promises made to return and fix them. Never happened. Travis did schedule a clean up date made three months later because he was too busy to come out and he would loose money doing these kind of call backs"
