"Ken is a great problem solver! He replaced a turntable with two shelves in a cabinet. Ordered the part and installed and also seated a lamp post. A versatile gentleman! Happy to have found him."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Nixon came to install interior doors and handles. He was efficient, friendly and reliable. Excellent customer service and excellent work! He was thorough and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend using Nixon to anyone... And we will be hiring him again for any future projects."

"Mauro and his painting team were fantastic! After completing this installation and remodel project to add doors to a room, I am happily requesting that Mauro tackle other projects. Highly recommended!!!"

"With over twenty years experience, this competent, honest, and affordable carpenter modified the door trim project, as needed. The outcome fully matched expectations. See "after" remedy vs "before' condition of door frame and trim. corner rot"

"Arnaldo and his team are excellent. The last project he did at my home was 4 outside door and frame repairs. He has also done 3 other projects at my residence in Roxbury CT and it was very well done. Attention to detail, very responsive and on schedule/ budget. Hire him for any project."

"Installed Space-ex Starlink antenna and he’s now an expert!"

"The Mastak workers were efficient and thorough. They had very good attention to detail, and overall the work was EXCELLENT! Thorough clean-up as well."

"Juliano was very responsive and receptive of ideas I had for the project. The work done turned out the way I wanted and was able to do it within my price range. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanup afterwards. There was more saw dust leftover than I anticipated. Regardless, I would recommend and would hire again for further projects."
