"Excellent. Steve and Sandy maintained prompt phone and email contact as we settled on the scope of work. Steve visited the house a couple of times to estimate and plan the work, and was always considerate of our schedule and keeping punctual appointments. He was able to save us a lot of money by restoring our rusted out rail, making it work and look like new. We were impressed with his craftsmanship and eager to have him do all of our rails. Our front porch concrete had cracks from settling, but Steve figured out a way to fit the rail where it would be useful to us in spite of the cracks. If a fit or an angle didn't look just right to him, he took it back to his shop for correction. Our rails are rock solid and look great."

"We replaced our old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. Shawn came out and helped us figure what to get and gave us 4 options and estimates for each. We chose the third estimate. We set up the appointment, and set the date. Two men came to our home and did the job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new ones. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and it turned out wonderful. The men were great to work with and did a terrific job. They were very polite and fun and answered all our questions. We have used Blairco for about 30+ years, and they come twice every year and do maintenance on our furnace and AC."

"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "The installation technicians were on time and friendly. I have no complaints with them. However, the system they installed is extremely noisy, much more than we expected. It's not just that it's loud. When it starts up, it makes a loud squealing noise that is akin to nails on a chalkboard. We mentioned this immediately after installation, but they said it was "normal" and that if we'd wanted less noise, we should have paid for a more expensive unit. The unit is from the legacy Bryant line, but I really did not expect the new unit to be louder than our 20 year old system. They said we could add some kind of blanket that might help, but I don't want to throw more money into this without knowing if it will work. We had the system installed last summer. It cools the house nicely, so no complaints there. I just wish I'd known how annoying this sound would be before putting in the system."
