"Mr. Henderson installed 2 pendant lights over my breakfast bar. The breakfast bar did not have a crawl space so Mr. Henderson had to make an professional evaluation of what had to be done. Installing these lights without a crawl space was a challenge, even for a master electrician such as Mr. Henderson. But you would never know because throughout the entire install he was patient, remained courteous, and continually informed me of what he was doing to make the project a success. At the end of the installation, I was in awe of his work. Especially since other "master" electricians had informed me that the job could not be done without considerable expense. He is the consummate professional offering high quality work and a personable, courteous attitude. Thank you!"

"Jeremy Reel completed the install to perfection. He installed a 50A breaker and the Level 2 Charger. When the car was only charging to 32A he stayed and trouble shot the issue for an extra hour. As it turns out, 32A was the max the car would charge at. I was very satisfied with TE Certified and would recommend them to anyone."

"Fantastic Experience! I spoke with Joel on Friday and provided project details (install car charger in garage). He was extremely kind and professional. After sending a few photos of the project area, he was able to provide a very competitive quote via email and schedule the job for Tuesday morning. His technician arrived Tuesday morning and was very pleasant and professional. To my surprise, he found an alternate route for the wiring which would leave zero drywall damage. He finished the job in about an hour, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, fair price, and professionalism."

"Lightning Bug Electric did a wonderful job. We had Josh & Jake come out to install a ceiling fan & a new switch for it in our two story living room. They were extremely nice, funny & professional. They taught us a lot about the home’s existing wiring, & recommendations to upgrade our house that were extremely helpful. The ceiling fan came out great, & the switch as well! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get electrical work done the right way. Incredible!!"

Customers say: Super punctual

"Great experience with BriteBox Electrical Services. Cory Henderson was professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I showed him where I wanted the outlet installed, and he handled everything with precision. He took the time to protect the work area, safely shut down the circuit, and completed a clean, high-quality installation. The workmanship was excellent. I’ll definitely be requesting Cory again for future projects. Highly recommend!"

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Sandy Springs, GA

Because installing coax outlets involves working around existing electrical wiring and confirming proper grounding, many homeowners prefer to hire a licensed electrician. A professional completes the work safely, secures the line behind the wall, and ensures the installation meets local code, which reduces the risk of damage or future repairs.

You still need a coaxial outlet for most cable-based internet services. The modem draws its signal from a cable line that terminates at a dedicated wall jack. Once the modem is online, your Wi-Fi router can broadcast the signal throughout the home, so the outlet’s location doesn’t affect wireless performance. If an existing jack is damaged or in an inconvenient spot, an electrician can move it or install a new one to maintain a strong, reliable connection.

Coaxial cable loses signal strength the farther it runs. A 50-foot length introduces noticeable loss, and a 100-foot stretch can drop the signal by roughly 30%. A weaker signal can result in a fuzzy picture or slower internet speeds. To maintain high performance, limit cable length whenever possible, select the correct cable grade, and route it efficiently. If your layout demands an exceptionally long run, an electrician can install an inline amplifier to boost the signal and maintain picture or data quality.
