"My wife has a disability requiring a stair lift. I had several other Utah stair lift companies come out and provide a bid. All of them were several thousand dollars above Western. The stair lift we ended up getting is absolutely wonderful. It has a rating up to 300lbs which will even accommodate me. The service they provide is beyond anything else you'll see in the industry, especially from the other stair lift companies that try to scam you out of money with "service calls". When ever I had an issue, they were there the next day. That's what you'd want from any company especially one that mitigates injury to your loved ones while saving you money. At any rate. I'll include some pictures. The finished product is solid and looks amazing. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Let me know if you have any questions."

"RaNae was so helpful to me with getting a ramp installed in my parents house so that my mother could have wheelchair access from the house to the garage. I had special requests such as needing pictures of the ramp before it was installed and also an needing an additional threshold ramp so that my mother's wheelchair could go over it. "Mark did a beautiful job replacing a high western cedar privacy fence in my backyard. The neighbors commented how great it looked before it was even completed. You can tell that he s a skilled carpenter by his work. To build the fence he had to solve several problems related to other existing structures. He also repaired a fence in my front yard. Again it looks great. He was easy to communicate with. He sent me a bid within hours of coming over to view the scope of the work. He texted it; I would have preferred an email. He started and finished the work exactly on the days he said he would. The job cost a bit more than I expected but it s probably worth what I paid for. It s really improved my backyard! I recommend him highly."

"Brent & his son did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They did exactly what we wanted without trying to sell us all the latest and greatest in bathrooms. They did a very professional job and were friendly, honest and followed through with all our requests. Our dog Lady even liked having them here, which is not the norm. We usually have to put her in a spare room when workers or visitors are here. She knows the "good guys" when they come into our home."
