"They ended up having to reschedule the initial booking but they were able to get in the next day. They did a great job. The house looked good and smelled amazing. My new tenants were certainly happy to have a fresh, clean house to move into. I would definitely hire again."

"We have had Austin and Isaac clean our home and both guys are perfectionists in their cleaning. Each of them were on time and were so efficient, moving from job to job in the house. They communicate very well to be sure about what I expect to be done and the length of time it will take. We’re traveling a lot right now but I will be settling up recurring house cleaning with this company! I am extremely comfortable in recommending their services to anyone!"
Housecleaning Project
This historic bathroom has a mosaic tile from 1902 and the antique claw foot tub looks shiny and new. We cleaned the blinds, walls, trim, and made it look amazing!
Housecleaning Project
The cabinets in the kitchen needed cleaned as well as everything straightened out, organized, and touched up. We mopped the floor, organized, treated the woodwork with furniture polish after a thorough cleaning to remove oil and grease that had built up around the handles. Windows and window sills were also cleaned and returned to a nice shiny clean kitchen.

"Wonderful experience! Jeremiah was friendly and professional. He gave us a fair price and time frame to complete the job. He arrived on time, took care of removing the debris and left the area looking so nice and neat! We will definitely work with him again in the future if needed. Thank you!"

"1 day cleared ALL the alfalfa covering the 1/2 acre Back yard. Even removed the concrete slab that's been there since 2006. Didn't overcharge us. YEAH! Even removed (tiller & bobcat) the wildflowers (actually mostly weeds) section of my weed infested 'garden', left the 4 producing tomato plants. The fixed feral cat stayed either in the garage or BY in spite of all the noise and dust."

"Excellent work on my concrete project. Their many follow-ups and walkthroughs and inspections of the project was outstanding. They were a pleasure to work with and their pricing was excellent and fair. They also, did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Mabel and David and their crew were very professional. I highly recommend this company."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Sandy, UT

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
