"Had a ceiling leak that was clearly coming from a roof issue. Had the guys that put the roof on originally come out and they pulled out their drone and then came back with a $1,000 estimate. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together. While he was up there he inspected another area and nailed down a shingle or two and did another minor fix that caught his eye and was preventing water from dropping into my gutter guard topper (was flowing over it). The repair has been through at least 2 very heavy rains so it looks like the repair worked and I saved a ton of money. I have already referred them to a friend who may need a roof."

"I'm so grateful for L&L Roofing! Lucas is very respectful, trustworthy, and honest. His integrity shines through his work. As the owner of the company, he personally came to do the inspection, provided a very reasonable estimate, and managed the job onsite himself. He ensured my roof was installed correctly and in a timely manner. He even provided an incredible workmanship warranty, which is amazing in and of itself, but I know I won't even need it. Thank you so much!"

"Very glad for their work correcting Roof issues and their price they charged"

"I had a great experience with this company. I spoke to Vincent on Monday about an issue that I had with shingles that had blown off the roof. He came out today (Tuesday) and gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to complete the project within a few hours. I also had him to complete a roof maintenance. The roof is about ten years old, but he verified that it was in good shape. He did the maintenance but did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. I trust this company and would use them again. I am recommending this company."

"Guaranteed Roof exceeded all my expectations. The entire crew was professional and courteous, and the work was completed on time with no hassle. Cody in particular, stood out. He was incredibly detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He even walked me through the work after it was completed to ensure I was satisfied I wouldn't hesitate to recommend guaranteed roof. Thank use so much"

"They're good roofers. They did a good job. They were quick."

"We knew it was time for a new roof, it had been 20 plus years with several bad storms batteringour home. Emerson came to our door and booked our new beautiful roof, which was done in one day.the nicest, most polite crew ever. Not long after that we had a tree fall on the garage, so we went straight to Emerson to make sure it was done right. Won't call anyone else."

"They did a great job, Made sure that the Sheetrock had enough coats before applying paint."
