He and his partner were very polite got down to business and thankfully unclogged the dryer vent that also had water in it! They had to get creative to clean up the mess and get the water out. "The furniture was moved in great room.  Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room.  Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved.  Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing.  Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain.  A week later the stain was there again.  I just left it.  Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet.  I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it.  Takes a bit longer but it works. <br />"
