"I have work with Susan on multiple projects for 10 years now and I couldn't be happier with her and her crew. This year I asked them to replace nearly all the windows on the house. Susan made great recommendation and picked out the windows, so I didn't have to do a lot of shopping around. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work. The crew members are trust-worthy which is great for a busy professional like myself. I left the house to them in the morning and went on with my day. They locked it up at the end of the day, cleaned up construction related mess so when I got home it was as if nothing had happened, except for all the brand new windows on the wall!!! There were some minor issues with a few windows, but when I pointed them out, they fixed them right away. House repair and remodeling could be very stressful but they really made it easy, from the initial consultation to the work completion, I never have to worry about a thing, that's why I alway go with them."

Our 3-step process is the! First, Cobra will spray a plant and animal friendly product on the surface to gently lift the stains from the surfaces. Secondly, a light pressure wash to the surface will gently wash away the dirt, mold, organics, and mildews to prepare the surface for the coating. Finally, a protective coating specifically tailored to your surface will be applied to protect from the harmful UV rays and the built in water sealer will help shed any water or accidental spills. "I had posted a review several weeks back and agreed to take it down after discussion with owner Chris. I chalked it up to communication issues and lack of properly trained staff and decided to give them a second chance. Sadly I was wrong and things ended the same way they began. Bad. Communication is a huge issue for this organization and office staff leave a lot to be desired. If you get Giovanni on the phone, you will get attitude, but you will not get any information or commitment on a callback or even any confidence that he will even convey the message at all or properly. The initial consult done by Chris was thorough and while I pointed all of the issues with my bad driveway, he assured me it could be saved. Then after weeks of chasing them around and the nice man who came here to do the work said 'no way' could the driveway be saved with a patch/paint/sealing. It was relayed to me that Chris said he did not know it was that bad until after it was power washed. Very strange since the items the man who was here pointed out as issues were the same issues I pointed out to Chris weeks back. The only good person there was Jennifer and I'm told she quit; small wonder. So, we canceled the rest of the work they were to do for us and settled on just paying for the power washing. What is really interesting is that they hounded me constantly for 7 days for the payment with many phone calls, and constant emails. They seem to know how to communicate when they want your money; that is the only thing you can depend on if you go with them. I am sad to have to leave this review but think it is best to make others aware. I would steer clear of Cobra Deck or Renew Crew, which was their former name."

"Clee and the crew were fantastic to work with. From the beginning when he came out to do a thorough walk-around of the home explaining what services were available, estimated time frames, and taking notes of the things I wanted to make sure were addressed, to his final visit after the crew was done to make sure we were completely satisfied, it was a great experience. The entire exterior of the home was washed beforehand. Shutters were taken down, cleaned and painted. The wrought iron was wire brushed by hand to remove some light surface rust before being repainted. The exterior door weather stripping was removed before they were painted. Every detail was attended to and the crew was on time, on point every day. It rained a few times in the three weeks it took to get the job done. While I was a bit concerned at first, I realized that they've been doing this a long time and I wouldn't be the first home they were painting and dealing with rain. Needless to say, it all worked out fine. I can't say enough good things about the team and the work they did. We've had a number of people in the neighborhood make very positive remarks about how it turned out. Thanks Clee!"
