"We hired Extreme Restoration and Repair to repair parts of our ceiling that were damaged in the hurricane. They offered a competitive estimate and were able to work within our crazy schedule. Andy was our point of contact and he made sure we knew what exactly to expect and were satisfied with the work performed daily. The crew spent a lot of time making sure the area was properly prepared for the work to be accomplished. The repair work was completed on schedule and for the quoted price. They even patched a few extra spots that we had originally not noticed for no additional charge. We were really impressed with the guys going the extra mile (literally -- they drove over half an hour away to find a hardware store with the right tool in stock) to pick up a tool that was necessary to match the texture of our ceiling. I'm not sure any other company would have had that drive for customer satisfaction. We had three workers stay late to ensure the work was finished on time and were impressed with their work ethic. All of the guys were polite and careful - even with our small children occasionally running through the work zone. We are planning on hiring Extreme Restoration and Repair for future planned projects."
