He laid out the job on paper and showed us the BOM list (Bill Of Materials), so there was no surprises in cost. He showed up early to work and gave an estimate of time to completion. He is extremely knowledgeable and very communicative to my wife and I concerning any complications found underground (we live in the mountains). He performed as promised and completed our project on time and on budget. He gave us suggestions on maintenance and how to prolong the life of our system.
