"We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. We were dumfounded at the huge warehouse of many outdoor designs - fully built out! After sending us to another warehouse where we picked out our pool coping pavers, we were set. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alexs team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product. "We wanted to replace our concrete driveway with pavers and re-do the landscaping in our front yard (including installation of drip irrigation). We evaluated three companies and chose Black Diamond because Jim Roberts, our project manager, provided the most material concerning their proposal. This included a detailed description of how the pavers would be installed and an initial diagram of how our front yard would look and the qualifications of their installers. Black Diamond also has a horticulturist on retainer. Joan Lee came to see our yard and then developed a plan for low-maintenance, low water plants that included a variety of different grasses and shrubs that flowed from lower in front to higher toward the house and that bloom with a variety of colors at different times throughout the year. Juan Baez led a team of five to six guys that did the work. He was excellent and careful. He clearly knew what he was doing and offered suggestions along the way that made the project better. While I had a rough idea of how I wanted our driveway and front yard to look, I didn't really know what to expect. In the end, the whole project looks as good or better than I could have hoped. We have received numerous complements from neighbors and passersby, which we didn't expect. We are quite pleased with Jim Roberts' supervision and the work done by Juan Baez and his crew. We're happy to recommend Black Diamond to perform hardscape and landscape work."

"Roman and his crew did a great job replacing a portion of my wood fence that was falling down. He was right on time for both the estimate and the work. The workmanship was first rate and it was completed very quickly. The price was very reasonable - the lowest of 3 bids. I would definitely hire him again."

"Alfredo actually came in as the lowest bid I got because he is so fair with pricing. After reading his reviews and seeing pics of all the good work he had previously done I knew he was the right guy for the job. Cheaper prices definitely did not mean lower quality work. Unlike other contractors he gave me multiple options to choose from for different aesthetics that would all still allow proper drainage. This allowed me to pick the exact look I wanted. His crew were all very pleasant and all hard workers. They were able to pull out all grass, soil and other debris then pack all new base rock and lay rebar all in just 1 day. This was for a new single car driveway as well as another new driveway and the side yard behind that (3 new spaces to park vehicles total). The next day all the concrete was poured/ textures and they took the time to do a really thorough clean up as well as even re-route my sprinklers so they worked properly. Just 2 days to completely create 3 new driveways! I’m really impressed with the work and so are my neighbors. 3 have already asked me for Alfredo’s number."
