Fausto came out to my house, took measurements, offered ideas and sent me a quote that evening. When his crew came out to set the forms for the concrete some plants had to be removed and it was done with care for the surrounding area. We had a fence post that needed repair, I asked if they could handle that too the answer was yes and fence problem solved. When it's time for the walkways I know who I am going to call. We couldn?t have been more wrong. The initial sales representative (Peter) was friendly and communicated great. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. However, once the project was slated to begin, Julian and the site manager came to our home and began advising of several unexpected and unknown additional cost. Cont."
