"Its hard to say you like an estimate when its too high. I have to say that they weren't really timely. They weren't particularly trying to get my business very hard. They took their time to get the estimate to me. I don't know if they are overworked or what, but that was the result of it. I thought they should have been more timely. They weren't in an hurry. Again, they may have had too much work to do. That was kind of average to me. That was an average price for me. If the price were to come down. They struck us as being to litigious. We have doubts of using them in the future."

"We had to wait for our house to be scheduled because they were busy at that time. But the wait was worth it. We were impressed by their professionalism and workmanship (the staff, crew and owner). They listened and complied with any special requests we had. Our experience with them was totally different from the ones with the negative reviews here, and we have no affiliation to the company, nor are we related to the Owner. We hired them because they were referred to us by the shingle manufacturer. The quote was fair. They replaced all the rotted wood, which was billed separately, as they did not know the extent of the wood replacement until the roof was completely exposed. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. We love our new roof. It looks great, and we highly recommend them."

"Jody and his team were fabulous.  He has a special team that comes to rip off the old roof.  They were prompt, tidy and cleaned everything up when they were finished.  Then Jody and his partner placed the new roof.  Jody is honest, has integrity and takes great pride in his work.  He responded to all communications promptly and kept me well informed on timelines.  The roof looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased.  I expecially appreciated his honesty.  Of the 3 bids I got, he was the only contractor that told me that he thought I had another year left on the roof.  I decided to go ahead and do it this year anyway, and am very pleased that I did.  After hiring Jody, I found out that a good friend of mine has used him and  she sang his praises as well! <br />"

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

"Our sales consultant Austyn, was very thorough and spent a lot of time going over the specifics. We had consultations with 5 companies and AM Sun Solar was one of only 2 companies who actually sent someone to our home. The others did a phone or video consult or in one case, no consult at all (simply emailed a quote after I sent a copy of our utility bill). We were very flexible on availability so were able to get our install done the day after our permit was approved. AM Sun Solar handled every aspect of the inspection/permit process and their communication throughout was superb. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in less than a day and were very respectful and very tidy/clean. They took care to run the electrical through the attic, minimizing the visible conduit and painted the small amount of exposed conduit to match the existing color. We utilized their financing which offers 18 months same as cash so that was great. AM Sun Solar was not the cheapest quote but with all the attention to detail and the personal consultation, we felt very comfortable going with them. The ability to monitor the system via the app is great and we just received our first negative utility bill. We haven't needed to call for service yet but I am hopeful that if we encounter any issues, Am Sun Solar will be there to back up their install. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend them."
