They managed to convert them into a modern, extra matte , almost blonde finish without sanding, merely removing the polished surface and buffing out scratches and marks, creating a flawless, stunning finish! I’m struggling to find words to express my joy and a fraction of the cost of all other quotes AND the next day before Labor Day, so much more, important to finish with job complete in a few hours!!!! In two and a half days Javier, and his crew completely restored the hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and den. They look brand new and I could not be happier. "I hired this company to fix existing water damage along with roofing stucco repair and bathroom remodeling at my Hollywood Hills home. the owner wasn?t attentive to my requests and didn?t add the elements I wanted to the roof. The stucco repair and bathroom remodeling were shoddy and uneven far below the standards I expected and paid for. Dust from the work spread throughout the house every day with my breathing issues this created a particularly difficult and unhealthy environment. The crew left food leftovers on the driveway almost daily piled trash at the front for days ! The job was overly priced and the owner wasn?t really present ever and after the job was done workers knock on my door asking for unpaid salary he never paid them ! I later found out most of his photos and reviews were fake all over and that he is actually holding payments to his workers thank god this job is over and I would never use them again nor recommend them to no one after all the drama and damage I faced"

"For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."
