"They did a good job cleaning my windows however I wanted to be put on the schedule once a month. Laurie asked me if she could just fit me into their schedule once a month wherever they had an opening. She would call me when the had an opening each month. I waited for her call. After a month and a half went by I decided she must not be interested in my business. So I began searching on Angie's List. I did not know that Angie's List also contacts the businesses with referrals when a list comes up for me to choose who I would like to go with. Laurie called me up and was very rude to me complaining that she had been charged $25 for this referral. She said why didn't you call me. I said why didn't you call me. She then continued complaining and talking rudely to me about this charge. So I said you know what...I am the customer....I don't have to work with you anymore! I have now found a wonderful window cleaning service that values my business and will schedule me once a month with no problem and is less money! Win, win for me!"
