Drew Dennis is a member of Rotary International (Gulf Breeze Chapter), The Pensacola Association of Realtors, the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce (Board of Directors), the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce, the Home Builders Association of West Florida, the president of Omega Construction & Design, INC and a licensed contractor in Florida, Alabama, & Tennessee. Due to time limitations from Omega Construction's very high public demand- we do not provide free estimates or consultations. A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour). Our average turn around on providing quotes is 1-2 weeks depending on size. We require preliminary drawings for structural modifications, prior to providing estimate.
